Back on the Corp Cup team for BT and headed out with Adam. Took it very easy at 4.10 pace while Adam shot round in 23.30 and his fastest time in two years - he is coming back.

Some big talking going on ahead of Sunday around the squad and pretty happy with all the predictions I will do an 84.25. We'll see - squad has more confidence than I do.
