Catch Up

Out both Thursday and Friday for the Hurts sessions and finally starting to feel like I am over this chest infection. Did the gate to gate session on Thursday with Adam and baout 20 others and just managed to hold 3.50 pace for the last 6 and very happy with that. Friday's session was good although the last 3kms didn't feel quite so hot after Terence announced that he was upping the pace at Shelley Street and promptly took off.
