A warm one today and perfect conditions for the 1.2km sprint session on Hickson Road. A decent crowd of about 20 folk turned up including MC, Hamish and Dave. Completely screwed up my watch so stats are a bit dodgy but pretty happy to manage 3.50 pace or quicker for the whole set although flagged a bit on the last one. Out for a run with Jim tomorrow lunchtime and have had to can a planned ride in the morning so the missus can do a run before brekkie!
