Corp Cup

A very warm day for run 4 of this series Corp Cup and no one to chase today with Adam being in Mumbai for 3 weeks. Felt pretty heavy and sluggish on the way up and didn't feel much different going around the course. Diversion in place going down into Farm Cove which I reckon adds 20 secs to the run ánd felt like I was pushing it the whole way today but still ended up with a 24.05 and still some work to do.
