Well a long build up and a great night at the last race of the year. Some very good results all around for Hurts and a number of pb's across the group. Was great to see everyone letting their hair down a bit afterwards and no doubt there will some quality stories and photos from the night.
Had a great run with Adam and Indrajit and we wll managed pb's - Indrajit was just too strong in the end with a 20.33, while Adam managed a pb of over a minute, I think, with a 21.01. I took a minute off my previous pb with a 20.38 so chuffed to bits and really think the gate to gate sessions are the key to the fast short distance races. Managed to get out for a ride on Friday morning with Niki but only managed 5 kms before the watch ran out of battery. All up about 32kms according to Strava and training has started in earnest for the Kurnell series. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/243945084
