Wednesday Long Run

A decent group of 8 or 9 for the long run yesterday including MC, Jit, Charlie, Adam, Jonathan and a new guy with a 2.38 marathon pb. Was exceptionally humid and we were drenched by the time we got to Garden Island. Jit's watch had a full memory, Adam forgot his and mine ran out of battery as we left the State Library, so manual entry for the run which we reckon was 16kms and about 5min km pace on average, although going up Ocean Street and around the park was below 4.30 pace.
