Monday Hurts

Quite a decent crowd out today and a few faces I didn't recognise. Only Jonathan backed up from 6ft amongst Brendan, Laura and Russell. Conditions were exceptionally humid and warm but the pace was just a pleasant 4.35 average for the session.
