A Swede and a Scot

Appears to be that no one runs Hurts on a Friday anymore, so was happy to see Erika at the start otherwise it would have been a lonely run. Only did 8kms and was feeling the legs a bit from yesterday's session. Stats for today are at http://connect.garmin.com/activity/448612434 and looking forward to doing about 15km or so on Sunday.
