Monday Run

Decent crowd out today for the time of year and now that the Awards are passed. Pace was on right from the start - must have been because Tom was out and we all try to impress him. Usual Monday route and thankfully Rob C avoided bottles around Barangaroo for an incident free run. Average pace was 4.22 today (forgot to reset the Auto Lap after Thursday) and know there were a couple of sub 4.15s in there but it felt pretty comfortable which is a good sign for this time of year. All up 14kms today and a solid start to the week. Won't be out Wed or Fri so might need to try and get a couple of rides in this week. Stats for today at http://connect.garmin.com/activity/252411985
