A 1pm meeting meant I couldn't do the long session today so Adam and I did an easy 7kms across the bridge, down into Lavender Bay, up to Kiribilli and then back across the bridge. Very humid today and was sweating buckets by the time we got back despite a pretty easy pace. Forget how much I love running the bridge and really take it for granted. Got a ride planned with Niki in the morning, followed by Rushcutters set at lunchtime and the night of the year with the Hurts Xmas drinks and awards.
