Monday Hurts

Tired legs today and didn't need the warm conditions. Decent sized crowd at the start given the races over the weekend and some splendid performances all round by Fats, Tucks, James, Tom, Jonathan and Erika at 6ft track. Even more impressive was Jonathan turning up today for the session - the rest of you should be ashamed. Good to see Charlie back along with Renee, MC, Adam, Russell and Ray. Didn't feel like I had much at all today although from the Barangaroo turnaround, things started to feel better. All up roughly 11kms and stats at http://connect.garmin.com/activity/458475123
