Easy Saturday Cycle

Took the chance to give the bike a bit of a hit out yesterday morning with a nice easy ride down to La Perouse and back with Nick Schmidt. Nick copped his first flat at Maroubra, which is where I realised I hadn't turned on the garmin.So we got that changed and then got drenched on the way back - however a coffee afterwards made everything seem ok and it certainly beat running!
